New Delhi: Nayati Healthcare has acquired a majority stake in PrimaMed Super Speciality Hospitals. It will soon launch a 600- beds hospital in Gurugram and 75 more beds at Vimhans PrimaMed hospital in South Delhi.

It will also be launching hospitals in Amritsar, Varanasi, Lucknow and Nagpur.

"The acquisition of majority stake in the two hospitals in Gurugram and Delhi will help optimize clinical and service excellence. Gurugram and Delhi will work as a hub for talent mobilization, knowledge sharing and as the center for our growing international patients whilst not taking away the focus from affordable treatment to the masses," says Niira Radia, Chairperson, Nayati Healthcare.

Besides, the company has increased bed strength at Mathura hospital from 351 to 775. "It makes it the largest super specialty hospital in Western Uttar Pradesh. The soon-to-be launched 550- beds tertiary care centre at Varanasi will cater to eastern Uttar Pradesh", says Rajesh Chaturvedi, co-promoter, Niyati Healthcare.
